How to Youtube - Lesson 7 - The Youtube Algorithm. The First 6 Months
How to Youtube Lesson 7 - today I talk about what to expect in the first 6 months of youtube and the youtube algorithm itself. its a very important subject to cover in more detail, the vast majority of youtubers give up in the first 6 months, Youtube is harder than ever, there are millions of youtubers trying to be successful, so it's important to know going in what you should expect. it will take a massive amount of hard work and dedication and plenty of time to become successful at youtube,
I think the problem some people have starting out is that they think if they work hard they will have 100k subscribers in a year. well in 99.94% (made up number) of cases that's not true. if you're in it for the money or the numbers then you're going to be disappointed. There are less than 4,000 youtubers with over a million subscribers, and that's including all the giant celebs, all those Vevo music channels, tv shows, tv networks etc.
it is estimated that there are over 6 million youtube channels, 2.9m have over 100 subs and 800k channels with over 1,000 subs, so if you're sitting down one day sad you only have 500 subscribers, just take a moment to realise just how well your doing
