Steps:

- Unlock your fitbit, and then swipe from the right to open up the app list. Find the settings app and open it.

- In the settings app scroll down to the bottom and tap on ‘about’.

- Scroll to the bottom and tap Shutdown.

- Your FItbit is now switched off. To turn it back on simply hold down the left button for a few seconds.

- To restart a Versa 2, all you have to do is hold down the left button for about 10 seconds and it will restart itself.
