Easy to follow tutorial on choosing which apps on your phone you want to receive notifications for on your FitBit device! Since you don't want to be distracted with a vibration on yur wrist every 30 seconds, its good to only send notifications that you care about to your FIbitbit device!

Steps:

- Start by launching the fitbit and making sure you’re logged into your account and your fitbit device is connected!

- Tap your profile icon from the top left of the app screen.

- Now choose your FItbit device from the device list.

- Scroll down and tap on notifications..

- If you haven’t already enabled notifications on your Fitbit you will need to do that first, you can get a link to my tutorial on enabling notifications from the video description.

- Select ‘app notifications’ from the list.

- Here you can enable and disable the apps you want to receive notifications for .

- You can quickly enable or disable all with the ‘select’ all button.

- Once you have done that be sure to sync your fitbit with the app.

- Your new notifications settings will be updated. Remember that for fitbit notifications to work you will need to have your phone nearby and with the fitbit app running in the background.
