Photoshop Elements Draw Circle Portrait. How to do a Photoshop Elements Draw Circle Portrait with text squares around the circle. In this scrapbooking project we draw a circle on a page then use that as the basis for text around a circle using a square text character and then place a photo inside the circle and finishing off with a layer style beveled edge.
