Photoshop Elements Galaxy Portrait. I show you how you can do the popular Galaxy portrait effect using Photoshop Elements. This is an easy and fun effect that can be used with a wide variety of photos for many different looks. This is another in my series of projects that are great for selfies and other portraits giving you more portrait photo choices.

00:34 Make a selection around the portrait using the lasso tool
