Las criaturas lindas de pelo verde con poco conocimiento, Lemmings, esta vez aparecen en un juego de plataformas. Como el único superviviente Lemming que logró sobrevivir del hechizo malvado de Evil Ed, tú (Lomax) debes detener el efecto de distracción de Evil Ed sobre LemmingLand.

En tu búsqueda, la mayoría de tus enemigos serán Lemmings que han sido poseídos por el hechizo malvado de Evil Ed. Utilizarás principalmente tu ataque giratorio o, cuando agarres, tu casco mágico para liberar a estos Lemmings encarcelados del hechizo.

También tienes algunas habilidades especiales como construir un puente, cavar horizontalmente a través de ciertos obstáculos (al igual que los otros juegos de Lemmings) o lanzar un casco en llamas que te ayudará a lograr tu objetivo.
