As you enter the facility there is no doubt you've reached the right place, as the stench of nuke waste fills the air.

Note: Drat! Nothing like losing 70 minutes of fun gameplay 🤦♂️ ☹ ️ Short of replaying the level from an earlier save point to redo the level, here's a preview of the map along with the ending leading to the next level...
Basically, this level is good for getting the BFG 9000 so there's that I suppose 😛
