HTC Vive VR - The Gallery: Call of the Starseed playthrough [Part 1]
10A Virtual Reality adventure game on the HTC Vive. The player hunts down a mysterious artifact by solving puzzles and interacting with the VR world.
Call of the Starseed uses the HTC Vive motion controls and roomscale tracking for gameplay. The game uses a first person view centered on your Vive headset. You can move around your immediate area with by moving around in your physical room, and there is a teleportation mechanic to re-orient yourself in game to fit the area into your physical space better. Most of the objects in the game world can be interacted with using your Vive motion controllers, and played with using the in-game physics system.
This game has some of the best graphics of games on the HTC Vive. It provides fun immersive gameplay, but the playthrough is very short. I beat the whole game in about 2 hours. The Gallery is an episodic series of games, and this is the first episode. I'll be picking up the next episodes and them out on my channel.
