Hugo: Frog Fighter is a Frogger clone (a game that borrows heavily from the gameplay mechanics of Frogger) which was developed and published by ITE Media in 2001 for the PS1. This is the fifth Hugo game on the system and the second to last game we're covering in the Hugo marathon. The question is, can Hugo: Frog Fighter excel where the other games have failed?
