So a few things to clear up, they do have 50M in restricted cash, which does unlock at a material event. I believe this is a sales goal and not approval, since when they announced approval they would have said that cash is now usable.
2nd. As far as cash flow I use a very simple method, in which they had a 30M loss of operations in the 3Q 2024. Since they should be fully staffed for most of the 3Q, I would carry this over until next year, knowing that one trial will end but another one will get started. I would say the cash needed is between 100M and 140M. (Which is why I said 120M)
