With Dragonflight, up to 10 out of 13 classes will have a "mandatory" boon
to give the Raid, either a Buff or a Debuff which will make them a must-pick
in raid compositions.
This has shrunk even more the pool of "dynamic" choices you can have in your roster
and filled it up even more with static choices from the get go.

Of the Classes left with nothing mandatory, it's Shaman, Death Knight and Hunter
