Hey everyone! Here's my reaction to episode 39! YES, we finally get to catch up with Kurapika in this one!! And DANG, what a tonal shift! I feel like we're following the adventures of a little blonde Batman now!!!! XD It was really interesting to see him try and work his way right into the kind of corruption that he's after, and we've known that to be his plan all along. There's a part of me that worries for him being surrounded by all the sliminess of the underworld, ESPECIALLY when his eyes are basically one of the best prizes around in this situation, but the way he sizes things up leaves me feeling reassured that he knows what he's doing. Dang, cannot wait to see what happens next!!! Great ep! Enjoy! ~ MH
