The Mercury isn't seen as much in champion league because it is quite vulnerable on bigger maps and its ability and can be timed by enemies quite well so that they use phase shift, or somehow avoid getting hell dived. However, I used pilot skills, boosters and modules and can get a 60% damage increase + more speed and durability. The Robot is best on smaller maps like powerplant and can definitely still do some damage up close.
