Hyper Securities is a very unknown and small series that originated on PC-9801 from Gingham Soft. The "S" in this title marks that it is a reprogrammed version of the PC-9801 original with the "S" being for "Saturn"...in a similar fashion to games like Tanjou Debut S. The game has an anime single CD that was made seperate as well as a manga/art book of some kind. A sequel was made, but only for Sony Playstation and nothing else (as far as I'm aware).
The game has you train (like lots of these sim games) three characters...in this case, all female. The first is the 18 year old Tenka Jounouchi, who loves tinkering with machines and is the somewhat stereotypical bright and optimistic character who tends to be essential to these games. The next is Yuuga Mitsusawa, a 21 year old who is calm and collected, but also confident in her abilities. She is the oldest member that you can train and she is a crack shot.
The last girl is the obvious "look how busty I am" well endowed chick, Ayame Kotobuki, who is 19. Her breast are constantly the focus of nearly everything she does in the art stills and everytime she animates (as you will see in this video), her boobs shake...it actually gets old after a while. She looks relatively calm and well mannered, but speaks in a somewhat lazy and ditzy tone. She is the wildcard of the group...though she can be fierce in martial arts, to the point that she scares people around her when she practices.
In games like this and other Pack-In-Video/Victor published games, you set a "schedule", that the characters follow. They do various things in these schedules, from vehicle maintenance, to patrolling. Different activities change different stats that affect the characters in certain events. By changing the schedule, you can change the way you build your characters' stats.
Stats are important in this game because they can greatly shape the way "Card Battles" are fought. At certain points in the game, you will engage people in "combat". You can use cards to heal and deal damage and your stats can make things easier or harder. The game has a few other things too, such as getting new clothes to change the look of the girls (a dress-up mode, if you will) and such.
