8Yes, it's very possible to get Conquest End route in the first playthrough. It just involves a lot of planning if you're doing it the first time.
Which is why I recommend going for the ending on your second playthrough.

Requirements:
- Get to Chapter 5
- Seen all three Magic Sword Events in Lastation, Lowee, and Leanbox (can be done as early as Chapter 2 and just to be on the safe side, all three nations must have at least 65% city shares of their respective nations)
- Get all three goddesses (to be on the safe side which you'll get when you do the first one)
- Get a 55% Global Planeptune share.
- When you're all set, go beat CFW Magic at Planeptune.
