Welcome to Hypergate, my friends! This first-person space fighter game -- and powers-that-be know we need more of those, truly -- just came out on Steam, straight to 1.0. No early access! It's really good too! In this first entry, we go through the first few campaign missions and have a looooot of combat, but fun, sexy combat. The controls are simplified for the controller generation -- which is my main beef with the game, as I'd love some more fleshed out targeting commands -- but thankfully it's balanced by good AI and a really fun flight model.
