#HYPTEST = HYPOTHESIS TEST.
If I have things right then the person misusing all of the electronics within my house is monitoring the utilities before they try to man the house. it looks like they are watching water, gas, electricity, the AC unit, right before they start listening in via Wi-Fi, cell, and the security system with the emergency features of the house. I'm hoping they're not trying to steal from the inhabitants of the house, kill someone within the house, or destroy the evidence by duping the entire family and putting a copy of a family within the house.

It looks like Municipal Utility District 127 is picking on certain individuals within their homes or the people working at those specific utility companies are picking.

When I turn those utilities on it triggers a hack and I can't push buttons on my phone without trouble.
