The next entry in the Zelda and Dynasty Warriors mashup, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity focuses specifically on Breath of the Wild as opposed to multiple past Zelda entries. The game does a great job at theming the game after BOTW, from the U.I to the world map, it takes the aesthetic and design from BOTW. With cinematic cutscenes and more story, Age of Calamity does a great job at creating a convincing and fitting storyline that functions like a non-canon alternate timeline prequel. On top of that, the game mimics the open-ended nature of BOTW where it opens up giving players the option to go to one of 4 corners of the map to each region to resolve the issues present.
The map seems to be the same as BOTW and act as the main hub where all the missions are present. They have main missions, side missions and requests fulfilled by giving require materials for rewards. Rewards vary with things like extra hearts, combo expansions, cooldown reductions, etc. I also really liked the divine beast segments, thought it was really cool we get to use them in missions and showcasing the destructive capabilities...something not really able to be done in BOTW to the extent this game did.
The negatives for me are pretty simple: performance issues (framerate drops) and finding it less interesting since it's focusing on BOTW as opposed to the previous entry being a bunch of fanservice as it does crossovers from multiple Zelda entries. The character roster was less interesting compared to the previous entry as well, similar reasoning where it's just BOTW characters as opposed to characters throughout Zelda history.
