Now that Wizzro and Volga are on her side, Cia and her troops attack the Hyrulean Forces, as well as the fairy known as Proxi, this was before the main story of Hyrule Warriors. As the Hyrulean Forces are ready for any evil that enters, Cia and her troops have to watch out for the Hyrulean Princess Zelda, as well as Impa, the General of the Hyrulean Forces.

In the second scenario of Cia's Tale, you have to pick either Volga or Wizzro, but you do get to play as both of them, so it doesn't matter who you decide to play as. This takes place before the main story of Hyrule Warriors, and Cia's forces attack the Hyrulean Forces, as well as every Fairy in Hyrule, including Proxi, and that Lana is there to ensure the protection of every Fairy in Hyrule.
It does confuse me as to why Lana was present when Hyrule was under attack, because Link and his allies didn't encounter her until Faron Woods.
You have to capture either Rockface W. Keep or East Keep in order to open the gates, you can choose who you want to take on one or the other. I do like Volga's combo moves, Volga is in my top 5 favourite characters to play as in Hyrule Warriors because of how good his combos are, Lana and Link are also in my top 5 list as well.
I'm not a fan of using Wizzro, because I find Wizzro's moves to be a bit underwhelming, but he is a boss killer, if you spam his C4, he can take out bosses very quickly. Once either keep is captured, Lana will send the Gorons to Hyrule Castle for reinforcements, so you have to try and defeat them before they reach their destination, as Dark is the recommended element, Wizzro will have an advantage, as his weapon is a Dark element weapon.
Next goal is to defeat Lana, but you can defeat the Goron Captains at the northern side of the map before they get to the keep, if they succeed, they will call for reinforcements, so having Volga and Wizzro take different tasks can be very helpful.
After defeating Lana, Zelda and her Hylian Captains appear, and they will launch an attack at the Allied Base, so try and take out most of the Hylian Captains as you can before they get to your base, and some of them will attack Cia, I would have one of your characters protect Cia while the other stops the Hylian Captains from advancing to the Allied Base. After defeating as many Hylian Captains as possible, Impa will enter the fight, and since she has an elemental weakness to Dark, Wizzro has a good advantage over Impa, I also recommend stopping the Assault Troops as well.
When Impa is defeated, this will destroy the morale of the Hylian Captains, and Cia will retreat from the battle. Zelda will then enter the battle, and she is your opponent to defeat, and Impa will return to the fight, and the Hylian Captains will gain a boost of morale. You can defeat Impa if you want, but you have to defeat Zelda in order to complete the scenario.
With the invasion over, it is time to go over the collectables, the Gold Skulltula is underneath a boulder east of North Field Keep, and as for the Piece of Heart, you have to capture Fairy Fountain Keep, and only Volga can open the chest, while the Heart Container for Wizzro is east of Hyrule Castle Keep underneath a boulder in the empty room, this is where the Gorons will head to in order to get reinforcements before defeating Lana.
With two scenarios done, it is time to continue on with Cia's tale, and see what else will happen in this side story.
