Unlike other Rogue Recruiter missions, it feels like there's no immediate sense of urgency for preventing your allies from being turned into Rogue Forces. However, it's definitely bad if any of the Attack and Defense Specialists do get recruited as that puts unnecessary pressure on you and your allies. Watch the minimap and pay attention to the text on screen to see which units are being targeted first and act appropriately. After all the Recruiters are dealt with, take out any remaining Rogue Captains.
Once the Rogue Base is open, head in and take out Zelda to win!
