0"Final battle! Defeat the king of the Nightmare!"
For the final mission, you'll be dealing with Resistance Troops. Weaken enough of them to force them into allies and get Zant out of hiding. Zant will start heading towards the Allied Base, though so take him out quickly to make all rogue forces into allies. Afterward, take out any remaining enemy captains and grab the Boss Key located in the Abandoned Fort to open the Enemy Base.
Take out Ganondorf to summon Ganon in the field west of the Allied Base. Defeat Ganon to win!
If this is your last unfinished mission then congratulations, you've completed the Koholint Island map!
