It seems like a lot of these "two armies" mission types have you starting near the rogue captain, doesn't it? At any rate, take out the rogue captain first since you're closer to them than the enemy captain. Afterward, start making your way to the Allied Base, then to the keep that has Marin so you can both save her and intercept the Big Poe leading the Rogue Forces!
Once the rogue leader is out of the way, Manhandla Stalks will appear and start targeting the Allied Base. Take them out, then head to the Enemy Base to take out Tetra to win!
