The only marker that determines your rank for this mission is damage taken and even then the requirement for getting lower than an A is much greater than 100 so you shouldn't have to worry too much. However, you can use the Mask of Truth item card to halve damage taken before starting the mission if you're still concerned.
It's amazing how easy it is to win this one. Zelda's Rapier can chew through the health bars of the Dark Ghirahims so fast. There's also no shortage of methods for keeping your Special meter full enough to use your Special Attacks. If you play right, your opponents will not be able to see a 4-digit Rupee count. Just make sure to watch out for the Rupee Thieves and keep track of where the Gohmas are and you'll breeze through this one.
