Since I ended up using Midna for this one, I decided to pick Volga as my first ally and Wizzro as my second ally. In the final phase, Impa will summon King Dodongo and Zelda will summon Gohma. I would just end up avoiding the Giant Bosses as best I can and only stunning them if they become too bothersome to avoid. You'll also have Dark versions of each commander to deal with as you see fit.
