North Field Keep: Heart Container for Midna
East Field Keep: Butterfly headband for My Fairy
Take out the Bombchus that are heading for your keeps. while the first 2 are heading to their targets, concentrate on taking out Zant who starts nearby Midna's location. Don't worry, you should be able to finish him off and still be able to take out the Bombchus before they explode. Once all 3 Bombchus are dealt with the Enemy Base opens.
Before taking on Impa, take out some of the forces marching to the Allied Base and if you're looking for the treasure for this mission, spring the trap in the North Field Keep. Either way, once Impa is defeated you've cleared the mission.
