Pick Zant as your first ally and attack Link so that Cia is your second ally. This will allow you to plow through both Fi and Link in the last phase. All you'll really need to watch out for in the last phase is the Gohma that Fi summons as the only threat coming from Link is increased morale. Take advantage of Ghirahim's abilities to single out specific targets so you can take out both your targets faster.
