North Oasis: Heart Container for Impa
When the Barrier Specialist appears, take him out as soon as you can so you don't have to deal with another barrier keep on the map. You should be able to capture one of the keeps that has a fairy trapped before he has a chance to set one up though. You'll also want to go after the Fortifier Captains once they appear so you don't spend longer than necessary taking any of the required keeps. Other than that, you're free to take out Link once the Enemy Base opens up!
