Potential DPS against multiple officers isn't as high as Baton I think, but you can keep a C6 / C1 loop going for as long as you feel safe, and even if you drop someone there's a good chance that you can just press the attack and outrun the straggler. You can make up the difference by keeping a steady stream of hits on the enemy, basically.

This was one of Volga's levels originally. That means we have some big shoes to fill, and a lot of bolts to shoot. I imagine some of the sturdier targets look like porcupines by the time this mission is done. More notes in the annotations, as always.
