Test of Resolve HYW Battle Scenario Supplements
In this video, I’m showcasing and flipping through the Test of Resolve battle scenario booklets. These cover a wide range of periods and sub-periods of the Hundred Years’ War. We have scenarios from 1347 to 1383, a supplement covering 1332 to 1346, and a rich collection from 1415 to 1453. There’s even another booklet I haven’t picked up yet, which focuses on the Welsh Rebellion, giving battles inside Britain from 1388 to 1405.
I highly recommend these scenario books. Each one gives not only the battle setup, but also the historical background—what happened before and after the clash. They can even be linked together into mini-campaigns. What’s more, you don’t need to play Test of Resolve to enjoy them. They’re fantastic source material for any wargamer who wants ready-made battles, historical insights, and strategic depth. For me, they’ve been an invaluable addition to my Hundred Years’ War gaming.
