3I am in some sort of Level ! of Backroom? (WTF)

After you reach fire exit door. You can go up or down stairs. I keep going up until top floor?, run to fire exit one more time then I pass out and I did escape the Backrooms.
In this level you have to run or else the music that is playing will slowly make you Insane (I felt it happen when I was walking around). It may look like I was not running a lot but the walls are illusion and the fire exit seem to keep moving back until it stop. I don't know is this a sub-levels of level ! (Run for you life) and yes I forgot to record it since I was on the G floor
