Once you get the Airship, fly south from the Last Lands to find the Moolbeld Ruins. Simply enter it for the trophy.

Ruins consist of past bosses which you may need to grind materials n' items. There's no trophy associated with completing the towers. Unless you need to grind for materials, you can skip the ruins.
