I beat Lords of the Fallen so you don't have to (Review)
Lards of the Fardin (Lords of the Fallen) is, for some reason, the second title in what is now a franchise that started in 2014 with the original title on the Xbox 360... I don't have a good answer for why.
This game is not the worst thing I've ever played, and as a matter of fact they did a pretty good job with like 2/3 of it, but the final 1/3 of the game is unfinished, unpolished, runs like doggy poopoo and genuinely does all that it can to be one of the most frustrating final thirds of a game I've ever played.
I genuinely think that in a future game, the devs behind this game could make a Soulslike that competes with some of the stuff FromSoft is putting out, but this game is NOT the one to do it. It feels like they ran out of time to finish the game and just threw it all together last minute, which would explain the game running so poorly as well.
