Balatro is the poker game I never knew I wanted
26Balatro is a new Poker based roguelike indie game from the mind of Localthunk that's being published by Playstack. I was initially introduced to it through Malf (Michaelalfox) and Northernlion's streams and have since put close to 20 hours into the demo, but thats frankly baby numbers compared to some of the people that have put literal hundreds of hours into it across different builds.
Poker isn't my thing but roguelikes are and the demos for Balatro are so obnoxiously promising that I had to share and hopefully get some more eyes on a wildly exciting game.
