8I was driving and saw a can cut in front of me. I got a glance of a limb relaxing on the dash on the drivers side. I double checked to see that it was a foot. The driver was resting there left foot up on the dash.
Do NOT drive or ride in the passenger seat with your feet up on the dash! If in an accident this can cause extreme harm or death! Drive safe.
