Hey Folks, here I explain why, in my opinion, I don't think we need +1/-1 match making to become a permanent feature of the game.

While having +1/-1 active does make the game easier to play for everyone, I do not think that making it permanently easier is the right thing to do. To put my point of view simply, no risk, no reward. Being stock, two tiers down is not ideal; but it does not mean you are of no value to the team.

I think we need to change out approach to the game and change the way we view the challenge of being bottom tier. Being challenged is not a problem, how we decide to respond to the challenge is what matters.
