I am glad that people don't watch my videos anymore. This is what I aimed for when I built this cult: That men give up on their instant gratification and go take action publically.
When I get comments like "I don't watch Hamzas videos anymore", I feel proud of myself for introducing a young man to self-improvement. I am not qualified enough to give you advanced scientific knowledge.

I went from being the awkward, skinny fat video gamer in high school to the party kid in university. I was doing all the bad habits (can you guess what they were?)
Living a life of pleasure had poisonous effects on my mental and physical health.
It took me a while to get on the right track, I had to leave everything behind and start a new life, with a new mission.
