I found the original Prowler sound and Spot Holes 2 Synth Sound??

So I was just exploring the sounds of this sample library from the OMI - Universe of Sounds CD, and I stumbled across these samples and I somehow made the connection. I thought I was crazy but they sound so similar.
In particular I just slowed down that elephant noise, similar to the original Prowler sound, albeit that sound was processed through synths in which I don't know which nor have access too.
Then that synth sound, I just thought to try replicating the same melody from Spot Holes 2, and gave it some reverb and it sounds eerily similar too.

I am not sure if these are the exact sounds but I'd be surprised if I somehow did find the exact samples.
