If you have small 100g cups of yogourt that is either grainy and granular in texture (not pleasant to eat) or that the best before date is soon to expire, why not do what I do and freeze them? Not only does it make for a healthy and delicious frozen treat, but frozen it can last weeks longer than its expiry date and avoids the unpleasantness of a granular textured yogurt.
