I am really sorry guys if you saw the live stream after my YouTube account was compromised. It seems someone managed to gain access to my YouTube account and was live streaming a common crypto currency scam, I hope I caught it in time before anyone saw it.

I think I was early in the attack and managed to change my password quickly before it progressed any further. I managed to remove the live stream, restore my name / image and videos remained untouched.

The person who managed to access my account was able to bypass my 2FA and I never got a notification that someone had managed to log into my account. I feel I was one of the lucky ones because this attack can have really devastating outcomes.

I hope this is the end of it but if anything weird happens, know it's not me! I have reported this to YouTube / Google in a support ticket.
