Gnomes are a perfectly balanced creature in REPO. They run over to you, or your cart, and try to damage one or the other. You can easily pick them up and toss them, no problem. They're honestly not too bad to deal with during a level. That is until one of the bigger enemies gets replaced with about 20 gnomes, then your previously valued 25k cart turns into a 15k cart.
