I defeated the King Scorpion after a huge bunch of tries, only to find out that the game didn't stop after beating a boss and moving onto the next level. It just continues to the next area right after winning the fight, and the next boss is Scrapjack. I also unlocked more achievements in the meantime, when I just kept dying on the Scorpion level.

Certainly, I will keep exploring the content of this game until I beat it.
