Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City debuts in theatres on Nov 24, 2021. Spoiler-free review by Dreamcastguy...until the end when I talk about spoilers and the end credit scene. This movie combines the plots and elements of many different early Resident Evil games but fails to craft something new on its own. In this video DreamcastGuy does an angry review of the film and explains why he HATES it as a fan of the series, RE books, and even the Resident Evil Comics. After a year that gave us Resident Evil 8 Village this feels like a massive step down for the franchise.
