Welcome back to round 2 of my Elgato green screen unboxing video! In the last video I displayed my disappointment with Elgato as at first, they wanted to be difficult with giving me a replacement since in their words, since the green screen initially since I hadn't fully inspected it yet. Didn't have any damage and it was only the protective case and the broken clips, they informed me that as long as the green screen was fine, they cannot deem it necessary to do a replacement. Upon further inspection when I got around to inspecting the rest of the green screen, I noticed that it had notches in it. When I went through the return process as I was not happy with my product and Elgato's customer service, I uploaded all applicable pictures necessary when going through the return process. Fortunate for me that apparently the notches in the green screen did justify a return, and here we are!
