For those who don't know QoL means: Quality of Life. Improved quality of life in game is essential to keep the players from playing. It shows that the developers of the game "actually care" about the player's feedbacks and suggestions to make the game better and more player friendly.
In the past Genshin Impact has many shortcomings especially the expedition where you can't use your character if you use it in expedition. Nowadays there are still many feedbacks from the community that hasn't been implemented in the game but in this 4.3 update of Genshin Impact, some of those features were added to make the game more friendly especially for those who have less time to play the game.
