I made this entirely on my phone because my only laptop is a little bit busy installing Windows 95 on my flash drive, heh.

Tutorial:
0. Use a program named Rufus to convert a flash drive into a MS-DOS bootdisk.
1. Find a Windows 98 CD or download a Windows 98 Virtual Hard Disk.
2. Copy the files over to a separate flash drive, I doubt you'd like to install Windows 95 over Windows 10
3. Find a Windows 95 CD or a Windows 95 ISO (winworldpc.com)
4. Copy the files in the CD or ISO to a new folder in your flash drive
5. Reboot your PC by booting from flash drive
6. Type "cd (folder name)" and then type SETUP.EXE
7. Make sure you have a Win 95 product key
8. Have fun
