I think it's about time someone stepped up and created an actual tierlist that cannot be refuted or debated with. I am taking into account competitive, viable characters within the meta. I'm going to compare all the best carries, midlaners, supports, offlaners and junglers but not really. You'll see what I mean. So I decided to take it upon myself and create one.
