I've seen some "backwards" cars on BeamNG and what people do is take an ordinary body and place the headlights in the back and the brake lights up front. With this truck, I rotated the body 180° in Blender which places the engine in the bed and steers in the "back." Unfortunately, the paint job to the truck deletes itself after rotating the body.
