I make my own game, start to finish (Devlog) - Part 54: Turret Rotation, and Carrier Behaviors

In this episode I worked on a few small issues that make a pretty big difference in the gameplay.
- Turrets no longer instantly snap to a target, they rotate at a set speed now. Beam and Heavier turrets rotate slower, and smaller projectile turrets rotate a bit quicker.
- Worked more on Carrier AI, Deployed Fighters will return to the Carrier once combat is over, and Carriers will wait for their Deployed Fighters to return. Also made it so if a Carrier flees, all the deployed fighters will flee as well.
- Ships will no longer stack on top of eachother, they'll use their strafe to move slightly to the left or right
