I Play XCOM - Episode 8: Secret Sentinel
0After Operation Sacred Sword, Bravo Squad returns to base. It is another silent trip. Corporal Martine is severely wounded as is the rookie Piotr Zajac. Rookies Quinn and Turner are dead. Rookie McCarthy is the only one left to watch over his squad.
Although the XCOM was doing well in its early offense against the alien invasion, the past two losses were a major moral hit. However, Sacred Sword was fruitful in the capture of an agent who is serving a shadow organization. He will be interrogated for his role in what happened during the operation.
Delta Squad is reformed by Sgt. Thompson. Cpl. Martin and Santiago are quickly assigned to the group by Thompson. Sq. Zajac joins as does a rookie named Haugen.
So I first played XCOM maybe 7 or 8 years ago. I decided to go back and play this one again. If you like strategy-style games, I would recommend XCOM. It is a rated M game btw.
