First update on my recreation of Maplestory's omok minigame. Breakdown of the project timeline. Hope you enjoyed this little hit of nostalgia :).

Part 1: Creating the HTML, CSS, gathering assets/sprites and sounds.
Part 2: Implementing the game logic with JavaScript and node.js.

Currently working on the final steps, which are:
Part 3: Implementing 2 player connections through a server using socket.io to allow 2 players to play and chat like in the real game.
Part 4: Add additional omok set/themes/music and finishing touches.
